Creating a Challenge – Our Boot Camp

Boot camp workouts are a great way to burn a lot of calories. They are very efficient as you work out your whole body in a short period of time. The exercises change regularly so you dont get bored, and it can be done anywhere with very little equipment. We will target all areas of fitness including cardio and muscular endurance, strength, agility, balance and flexibility. The challenge is to take your body to its limit – you work like crazy, you sweat like crazy, and best of all, you burn calories like crazy.

 

Join us once a week for a morning of pain – oops, I mean fun!
